Order Minimums
Each tier has a minimum order requirement; level 1 is $0. Once you meet that requirement you can
checkout with items priced at that tier. Remember, the order minimum requirement for each level is based on the pricing at that level. In other words, and for example, to qualify for
Level 2 pricing, your order total must be $300 or greater, at the Level 2 price.
Rest assured, our website will automatically select your best tier, so long as you have not changed the 'auto' setting above, or in your cart.
Free* Shipping
Each price tier offers free shipping if you meet the minimum order. Any account is eligible to buy at any tier
provided they meet the minimum. Free shipping is provided through a major carrier (UPS, FEDEX, or USPS) to
the contiguous USA (aka. the lower 48). The majority of our orders under $2000, ship with UPS.
Pallet Shipments
For freight orders, we ship with many different freight carriers depending on the destination region. We always strive to choose
a freight carrier that delivers your pallet with the same or better delivery time frame estimate as compared to the UPS service for your destination.
Sometimes, we may wish to ship your order to you on a pallet, even if it's not over $2,000. In this case, we'll contact you to make sure you are able to receive a pallet at your location.
