All 'non-consumable' products (in new condition) offered by SeriousSips.com® can be returned for a full refund
within 21 days of the day of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Due to safety concerns, and perishability, 'consumable' products
may only be returned or exchanged for reasons related to damage or packaging breaches. Any damaged 'consumable' product can be
returned for a full refund within 14 days of the day of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Exchanges for any 'non-consumble' or
damaged 'consumable' items can be made, once per order, for the same item only, within 21 days from the day of the
original purchase. In any case, SeriousSips.com® is not responsible
for the shipping costs for returned or exchanged items. For the exchange of damaged 'consumable' items, Serious Sips will assume
the replacement shipping costs.

For exchanges, you will be charged for our exact return shipping costs, via the lowest cost shipping method or the method of your choice.
For returns, your credit card will only be credited once we receive the returned merchandise. You will only receive
credit for the dollar amount of the items, not including any original shipping costs.
